Patent and law group of companies “Beliaevs and Partners” provides a full range of intellectual property services, both within a framework of a patent system of the Republic of Belarus and Eurasian patent system, starting from 1993, the date of adopting the first laws on the protection of the intellectual property objects by the independent Republic of Belarus. Our practice covers all objects of intellectual property, in particular inventions, know- how, industrial designs, utility models, computer programs, topography of integrated circuits, trademarks, trade names, appellations of origin etc. We represent interests of clients at the stage of IP rights acquisition, its management, both at the administrative bodies and courts, in case of holders’ rights infringement or unfair competition repression.

Our founding partners Elena Beliaeva and Nina Vasilieva have been practicing IP law since 1970s, passing on their invaluable experience to the third generation of successors.

For today the group of companies consists of six business entities.
